If requested before 12.00 pm, it can be collected after 1.00 pm the same day.
If requested after 12.00 pm, it can be collected the next day.
Note: to receive a follow-up warranty letter / referral letter, a report of the specialist must be obtained, unless otherwise agreed with the doctor.
