Recipes requested before 12:00 pm can be picked up the same day after 1:00 pm.
Recipes requested after 12:00 pm can be picked up the next day.
Please note: give the name, strength and dosage of the medication to the doctor’s assistant
E.g. Omeprazole 20mg, 1 tablet once a day.

Follow-up letters of guarantee can be requested by telephone on telephone numbers 475923 or 8748888.
Follow-up letters of guarantee requested before 12:00 pm can be collected the same day after 1:00 pm.
Follow-up letters of guarantee requested after 12:00 pm can be collected the next day.
Please note: for a follow-up guarantee letter you will have to hand over a report from the specialist, unless otherwise agreed with the general practitioner.
